Please call us at 888.642.0842 before returning any item, regardless of the reason for return.
- Special orders and custom-made orders (including items Incorporating prescriptions)
are not returnable. - If products shipped by Mattingly are received damaged, please call for further instructions.

unless otherwise advised. We recommend that all returns should be insured and a proof-of-delivery should be obtained from your carrier. Items damaged during shipping cannot be returned. Non-defective products accepted for return must be in original factory packaging, free of personal markings and in new, resalable condition, and packed inside a protective shipping package. Non-defective products that are received within 30 days of the invoice date are fully refundable. It is the option of Mattingly Low Vision, Inc. to charge a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective products received after 30 days, unless sent in error by Mattingly Low Vision, Inc. Non-defective products may not be returned after 60 days. Shipping/handling costs are not refunded.
Defective SMARTMag® Magnifiers:
SMARTMag's® have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Problems are rare but if you encounter one with your magnifier, please call. If we are not able to rectify the problem over the phone, Mattingly Low Vision, Inc. will provide a replacement as appropriate.
Defective Items - Other than SMARTMag® Magnifiers:
Returns of defective products will be replaced or repaired if they are under the manufacturer's Warranty period (most companies warranty their products for one year from the date of purchase).

$76-$199.99 = $11.95
$200-$499.99=$15.95
$500-$1,000=$25.95
Add $10.00 for every $500 step above $1,000. (ex. $1001-$1500, $1501-$2000)
Add $15.00 for Oversized items (ex. floor lamps)
Add $3.50 for Residential Delivery
