Prismatic spectacle lenses

Our prismatic spectacle lenses are set with up to two-thirds of the lens in front of the lens bevel - important for image clarity and comfortable distance from the nose and cheeks. Mattingly high plus prismatic reading glasses are uniquely designed to incorporate adequate prism which reduces eye fatigue and helps the user maintain binocularity comfortably for long periods of time. Using the advice of leading low vision Optometrists, Mattingly has incorporated the correct amount of prism needed to properly converge images, while paying close attention to different pupillary distances in order to avoid double vision or eye suppression.
